Tom Lee: Crypto Advancing Regardless of Senate Gridlock on Regulation

Tom Lee said crypto is moving forward regardless of Senate gridlock, arguing the industry may not need to wait for one comprehensive bill to pass.
According to Lee, the CLARITY Act would have created a national body to regulate all crypto, but without that path, regulation can still advance through rulemaking and existing courts. He said crypto is doing fine regardless, with the market continuing to move forward.
