$META Launches Muse Personal AI Agent

Meta has launched Muse, a personal AI agent capable of executing actions across applications and the web. The agent handles tasks such as sending emails, booking travel, completing forms, and making purchases with user approval.
Muse operates on the new Muse Secure VM, which assigns each user a dedicated cloud environment featuring a separate Sentinel agent to review actions prior to internet execution. The system continues running after applications are closed, maintains user preferences, and proactively manages long-term tasks. Stripe's Link integration provides checkout functionality, with upcoming support planned for Shop Pay and 1Password.
The agent is rolling out in the U.S. across iOS, Android, and the web with free and paid tiers, alongside upcoming compatibility for AI glasses.
