$NVDA's Jensen Huang Says AI Infrastructure Offering Has Grown From Roughly $18B to More Than $40B Per...
Nvidia ($NVDA) CEO Jensen Huang said on the BG2 podcast that the company's AI infrastructure offering has grown from roughly $18 billion to more than $40 billion per gigawatt.
Huang explained that Nvidia has evolved from a GPU company into one of the largest and fastest-growing networking companies, with CPUs becoming another major growth driver.
The company is also expanding into storage, security and networking, allowing it to capture more AI infrastructure spending from hyperscalers Microsoft ($MSFT), Amazon ($AMZN), Alphabet ($GOOGL) and Oracle ($ORCL), alongside neoclouds like CoreWeave ($CRWV) and Nebius ($NBIS).
Huang estimates Nvidia now captures roughly 40% of cloud providers' capital spending and up to 80% in certain on-premises and neocloud deployments.
