"Godfather of AI" Geoffrey Hinton Calls Jensen Huang's 0% AI Doom Claim "Silly"

Geoffrey Hinton, often called the "Godfather of AI," pushed back on Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang's claim of a 0% chance of AI doom, calling it "silly."
"Anybody who says there's a 0% chance of something where many other experts are saying there's quite a significant chance is silly," Hinton said. "It means they're totally confident that all the other experts are completely wrong. And Jensen's smarter than that."
