Cathie Wood: Anthropic IPO Would Change How ARK Holds the Position

Cathie Wood says an Anthropic IPO would change how ARK holds its position in the company, as a private AI winner would shift from venture exposure into public markets. Anthropic is reportedly considering an IPO in the next few months.
The ARK Venture Fund targets 80% private and 20% public exposure. Wood said that when access moves from venture fund economics to ETFs, ARK tends to move those positions down the portfolio, while still holding public names it remains optimistic on.
