Trump Links Iran to Threat Prompting U.S. Withdrawal of B-1 Bombers From UK Base

The United States has relocated all of its B-1 bombers away from RAF Fairford in the United Kingdom following a security threat that President Donald Trump has linked to Iran. Addressing the redeployment, Trump stated, "We had a threat. And if we're going to be threatened, we just move them."
Trump added that U.S. officials are aware of who orchestrated the threat, warning that those responsible have "gotten themselves into big trouble." His remarks align with assessments from UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham, who noted there are "strong indications" pointing to Iranian involvement.
The Pentagon has confirmed that all B-1 bombers stationed at the British airbase have flown back to the United States following the suspected terror plot.
