Microsoft sees one AI model for every company

Microsoft’s CEO said there may eventually be as many AI models as there are companies on Earth.
That idea is already starting to show up.
The next phase of AI may not be one model for everyone.
It may be millions of specialized models built around each company’s data, workflows, customers, and internal logic.
That is where AI shifts from product demo to operating system.
