Cathie Wood Boosts Conviction in $META as AI Expansion Reshapes Valuation Outlook

Cathie Wood said her conviction in Meta ($META) has increased enormously, arguing that the company's aggressive push into artificial intelligence is beginning to shift how the market should value the business.
Wood pointed to Meta's massive user base of 3.4 billion to 3.6 billion people as a primary strategic asset as the company develops AI-driven products and agent experiences. She noted that Mark Zuckerberg's assertive AI strategy has strengthened ARK's conviction, even amid ongoing debates surrounding market competition and the durability of product moats.
Compared to other high-flying AI stocks, Wood stated that $META resembles more of a value play because its share price has not seen the same scale of run-up.
