Coinbase CEO Warns Congress: Pass the CLARITY Act or Crypto Moves Offshore

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong is urging Congress to immediately advance the Bitcoin and crypto CLARITY Act.
“The status quo is not going to work,” Armstrong said, adding that now is the time to finally get the legislation across the finish line.
He also warned that without clear U.S. crypto regulations, $COIN may return to expanding more of its operations overseas.
The message to lawmakers is simple: establish clear rules now, or risk driving crypto investment, jobs, and innovation out of the United States.
