Tom Lee Says Ethereum May Be Closer to a Cash-Flowing Asset Than a Store of Value
Tom Lee says Ethereum may be closer to a cash-flowing asset than a store of value, with the distinction coming down to whether an asset produces economic activity or simply holds wealth.
Stocks are cash-flowing assets even when top performers pay no dividends, since equities can still be valued off revenue and cash generation before that cash is paid out. Store-of-value assets like gold and Bitcoin are different, as they are inert and mainly hold wealth, according to Lee.
