Cathie Wood Predicts AI-Driven U.S. Investment Boom Led by Data Centers and Tax Incentives
ARK Invest founder Cathie Wood stated that the United States is entering an artificial intelligence-driven investment boom, propelled by a business-friendly environment that is accelerating capital deployments into data centers and domestic manufacturing.
Wood pointed to several structural catalysts supporting the expansion:
• Roughly 90% of global data center financing is concentrated in the U.S., according to fixed-income metrics she cited
• Accelerated depreciation rules allow qualifying new manufacturing facilities and data centers to deduct 100% of capital costs in their first year of service
• Lower effective corporate tax rates alongside substantial tax refunds are supplying companies with additional liquidity to fund U.S. operations
